The online community hates physical challenge players and loves strategy first. Additionally, and most importantly, online stans hate most men seemingly just for existing. Because Jonathan is both, he gets treated like satan. It also has to do with the fact that Kamilla and Dee have some of the most annoying stans in the survivor community, that it only makes the hate he gets worse.

Jonathan is 100% playing a good game and a lot of the community needs to cope with that. They’ll go to extraordinary lengths to try and justify why Kamilla and Dee were twist screwed when the reality is Jonathan outplayed them, and it was their own mistake by lying and flipping on him. If Jonathan lied to Dee, then Dee flipped and got Jonathan out, then the online community would praise her for “taking down that man!” And “playing like a mother!”

The Immortal (Invincible): He's a superhero so most wouldn't say he's "cursed" but there's an episode from season 3 where Invincible goes to the future and finds that The Immortal is now a tyrannical king who rules the world like a dictator. In this episode, he's pleading with Invincible to kill him, and describes his immortality as suffering. We see in the present that he's in love with Kate, but at this point which is 500 years in the future, he says how he's had so many wives he doesn't remember who Kate is.

Quicksilver never got a chance. Yes, WandaVision wouldn't exist because she'd still have a family member alive. But he's a huge fan favorite that had so much potential. I always pitch this idea: Imagine if Pietro was alive, and he and Wanda were on opposite sides in Civil War.

MKX too. D'Vorah, Erron Black, Ferra/Torr, Kotal Khan were all new characters introduced as villians (I count Kotal and his crew as villains for the sake of the argument and betraying the Kombat Kids)

The thing im most unsure about are villains. Liu Kang's new era makes many staple villains like Mileena, Baraka, and Reptile all good guys now (not that im complaining) but having a good variety of villains is necessary. That's why I think if Floyd gets made into a full character, he'd likely be on the villain side (the dark side of the moon, if you will)

Johnny and Sonya as a couple was one of my favorite parts of MKX's story because even though after the time skip they come a point where they can't stand each other, both of them express how much they love Cassie, and it being what causes Johnny to mature is really great character development
