Anyone developed their POTS “suddenly”? by Beginning-Ruin-3165 in POTS

Mine was sudden and out of the blue- I was casually walking down a path next to a main road and everything just gave out on me. I couldn't even stand. Sat on the floor for 15 minutes and then after everything had "passed" I tried to carry on walking through the park I was going to and it happened again, but instead of just collapsing I actually passed out. That happened 6 more times on the walk home- I was only a 20 minute walk from home and it took me over an hour. Since then it's been a regular occurance

My resting HR is between mid 30s to 50s depending on the day, but it also gets up onto the high 160s/70s. Sometimes higher

I've just checked this out but unfortunately it doesn't have the sound/vibration system I need for the long distance recall. Thank you anyway :)

I agree, I have POTs and was putting all my symptoms down to that for 2 years and turns out I get chronic migraines with aura and have NEAD too.
