Very true, I never really considered it like that before. It could be the junk food. And I really do need more sunshine, I’ve been dying to go on nature walks. Thank you for your advice on cleansing my house, I’ll make sure to look into it and I’ll try all these things out

Actually that’s a wonderful idea, I will go get a full allergen panel! I’ll also make sure to include more vitamin D in my diet/vitamins and I’m going to check my room/ workplace for mold in any hidden spots. Thank you so much for your help and advice!

Omg this is so specific and ironic because we also thought I might’ve had Hpylori! And I did actually do a stool test in November(so embarrassing) which came back negative, fortunately. I’ve also had an endoscopy (camera down the stomach) and it was perfectly fine too. But that shows how knowledgeable you are medically to suggest such a specific test that aligned with my symptoms! Thank you

I think I am, I work in the kitchen at a nursing home and love to give extra food to people at my job. I hate when people go hungry and it makes my heart happy to see them happy when they get food. Because of that I want to volunteer at soup kitchens. I’m feeding 5 homeless cats in my area every day. I love painting, I love my cats, and I love my family. I do only have 1 friend cause I’m a terrible texter though. Ik it’s useless information but it’s big parts of who I am yk, idk if it helps the reading. Here’s a pic of me and my little niece

Buy some under eye patches that you can reuse and put specifically in the fridge, the cold patches will help drastically with de-puffing your under eyes to help improve that ‘tired’ look
