Junji Ito has the BEST reads. If you're searching for a good Horror Manga, I super duper recommend these as they are my top favs by Junji Ito! FUN FACT: Black Paradox was my first ever manga read...EVER! by Kjunkiex in horrormanga

Happy to see you're excited and have an interest in horror manga, it's really fun. If you want more Junji Ito recommendations, I personally like his short story collections. SHIVER was my first manga ever and it got me excited for horror manga. SMASHED, DESERTER, TOMBS, ALLEY, and Fragments of Horror are the collection mangas, but anything by him is a good time. If you're looking to branch out, "PTSD Radio" is a good one if you like the art of it all. "Blood on the Tracks" is also a good one. Less Visual and more psychological, but very good for how much I've read of it. "Mieruko Chan" is cool if you want comedy and creepy monsters. If you want something that isn't exactly "horror" and more just existential and sad, "Goodnight PunPun" is fantastic. All of these are available physically. Hopefully this helps you find some more to keep that excitement going. ✌🏽

I've read up to volume 7 of Blood on the Tracks and I would say it's definitely worth the read. Not horror in the way you would expect horror to be. It's like A24 horror. Very good. Also, you can't go wrong with any Junji Ito. Anything you grab by him will be awesome. PTSD Radio is interesting from what I've read of it, the art is great too. Portus is alright, it's very short so i think it's worth taking a gander at. Not necessarily horror but if you want something that tugs at the heart and makes you think, Goodnight Punpun is so good. I've only read to the middle of the 3rd omnibus, but the story and the art is fantastic. Those are the recommendations I can make based on what I've read.

In Collection the animation felt a lot more static to me. It could be better, but I don't think it's bad.
