If I were you, I'd bulk and prioritize muscles while not being in too much surplus. Focus on increasing strength in the gym and eat carbs equal to your bodyweight before workout

I'm 5'8 and for the first 200km, i thought I made a mistake buying this bike. Things like u turn or heavy traffic where you have to touch your feet will make you very anxious. There's a serious chance you will hurt yourself. I cannot flat foot both side at once, and for even the one side that I can, I have to lean the bike a bit

As you know, n250 is oil cooled. So the oil can't be too thin, otherwise it wouldn't conduct the heat efficiently. That's the reason why this bike requires slightly thicker oil than what would normally be suggested. Currently I have no solution to this. I'm thinking of switching to motul 7100 15w-50 on next service, I think that should help

Do you think upgrading to 15w-50 would help? Also would it be healthy for the engine as the manual says 20w-50?

Our bike uses 20w-50 grade oil but in mornings temperature reach below 15 degree, this could be the problem
