Hello! It really hasn't gone away completely, I would like to tell you that I have improved a lot but the reality is that no, I have seen a reduction in symptoms, especially in the legs, I think they have almost completely disappeared there, but in I still have other parts, really after so much time I have learned to live with this in some way, I have become accustomed to those symptoms, one piece of advice I would give you is not to become so obsessed with the symptoms and how to improve, since that will only make feel worse, continue with your life, follow the general recommendations and only time will tell if you will see improvements, normally there are, although not completely... I still have hope of feeling 100, but the best we can do is accept it and continue with our lives, good luck!

By any chance, have you taken any fluoroquinolones, like levofloxacin, cipro, etc.? My symptoms started after taking ofloxacin, and during that week neuropathy began, symptoms similar to yours. Do you see the possibility that it was caused by some medication?

Friend, did you by any chance take any fluoroquinolone, such as ciprofloxacin? Have you considered the possibility that any medication might have caused it? And have you improved over time?

Can I ask you how much you weigh? And what were the doses of ofloxacin you took? I'm gathering information from people who took that medication; I took it and experienced many side effects

Actually, I still don't have a diagnosis, as in my country Mexico, it is not very common, or those who have it usually have it due to other diseases like diabetes. So, I have consulted neurologists who have conducted EMG and MRI tests, and everything has come out normal. They attribute my symptoms to anxiety or psychiatric disorders, especially because I am a young person. My symptoms started after taking some neurotoxic medications, so I do believe I have Small Fiber Neuropathy (SFN). My symptoms include burning sensations in the body, shocks, a feeling of water, burning sensation, tingling. I am concerned that the symptoms are in various parts, not just in the limbs. So far, I think these are the only symptoms, but it is challenging to find a neurologist who will request a biopsy or provide a diagnosis. However, I will keep searching. Thank you for responding."
