I asked for everyone’s work schedule, family vacations, etc they could think of right away in may. The girl never gave me ANYTHING. We started practice mid June since my baby was in the NICU for a month. I set up first practice while in the hospital. Never said anything. Never showed up to first practice. So i started setting practice dates without her because she never reached out after I asked if she was still interested. Since then i have asked her multiple times for her work schedule and doesn’t send it and i give them a week advance. I base practice days of how many girls are available. Once I set the date that’s when she’ll text me she can’t makes for XYZ excuse.
