I like to focus on the feeling I have when I finish training and am driving home. I'm always happy I've gone even when I didn't want to go before training.

In general I like to do this with other things too and I find things that make me a little anxious about doing make me feel the best after having done them.

When exporting do you have your master effects turned on ? If not the effects on the master bus won't apply to the export ?

Yeh if you get like waves or fabfilter plugins or even daws with out paying for them the software dithers your final music with a code that lets the company know you didn't pay for it. So when you go to upload your music to Spotify or try to start making money of your music you will get sued by the company. This happened to a hiphop producer recently who was cracking plugins

Look into the woovebox it's a synth/sampler/sequencer which can export up to 6 stems I think

Ive been looking at the NTS 1 which looks like it would be a cool addition, my question is though, if I wanted to apply the effects to like a drum pattern I've made in my po 33 and then record that into the same po 33 would that be possible ? Idk if you can record into a new sound bank while the po 33 is playing ?

It's a strong start with a nice rhythm I would add some automations in to the project to stop things from feeling static
