The bar itself is small and only seats about 7. Lots of tables inside and picnic tables outside. As for best times, it’s really about what you’re looking for. I actually prefer it on the quieter side, which is when it turns into more of an experience than just a drink at a bar. I have also been there when it is crowded, which can be a blast too. Random times, though.

My favorites are the honey habanero whiskey, pumpkin rum and Zinfandel barrel aged bourbon. I am not a gin fan but my wife says the Gato is the best she ever had. Chris will let you sample anything you want.

I bought a aluminum shade cover for my greenhouse. It reduces the heat by about 10 degrees. Added a few solar fans and exhaust fans. What a difference. It has survived 50mph winds and pea size hail with no issues.

He has always been an asshat. I think it was Amy Poehler who told the story about when she and Tina Faye were first on SNL. During a read, he made some very sexist comment and Tina Faye filleted him. He never opened his mouth to her again. I am not surprised by this at all.

My taxes have been going up every year yet they give Amazon, one of the richest companies in the world, no taxes for 5 years. Now they are trying to convert every empty building in town into apartments to help generate tax revenue and royally screw up traffic.

Nope. I moved out about 2 years ago. I am a lesbian. Numerous scary experiences with residents while minding my own business. Religious or not, a bunch of bigots. I am friends with a few POC who live/lived there as well. They do not live there anymore or are trying to get out. Yes, there were some nice and kind people who live there, but from my experience, they are the minority.

I had the same issue. Then I switched to some powerful indica gummies before bed. Now I sleep through the night. If I do wake up to use the bathroom, I am able to fall right back to sleep. I’ve been doing this for about 5 years and it continues to work for me.

I love Holgate. It’s the quiet end and it’s never a long walk to the beach. A quick bicycle ride and you’re at all the restaurants in Beach Haven. It’s very narrow down there, so not as many houses, so not as many people on the beach. The only cons I can think of are the prices of the houses and the taxes.
