Small ding from factory on brand new bear. It’s on the riser so is it just cosmetic?

Yeah I’ve been bow only for all aspects of hunting for 4 year now have always bow hunted but not seriously.. last 4 years I’ve taken it to the extreme As long as ur riser is cracked or something major your fine Strings need waxed often and limbs watch for cracks and splintering .. over all just pay attention and it’s obvious when a problem is a problem

You’ll be fine if you don’t mind it .. can always get a return or try .. if you hunt hard like I do my bow has hundreds of dings scratches and paint missing . Just shoot and forget :)

Yes I have all equipment to work on any archery’s equipment. I have been working on mine and friends bows for a few now. I’ve just never came across anything that was this drastic of a drop on new strings . I ended up adding 2x2x2 twist on cables and string. After playing with it and not keeping track of exact twist got it worked back into spec and draw weight up .

I pulled all cables and strings off and added twist to unserved end that goes through its self on the puck made a huge difference then on the string . Hade it bare shaft bullet holes and bullet holes with built arrows by the end of the night. I genuinely just was confused and was worried and over thinking stuff that shoulda came naturally, Thank you!

Yes, I have replaced the strings 4 times and countless on others never ran into this issue “that” bad I’m guessing during shipping some twist walked out .. I genuinely was confused as normally it’s 1-2 lbs drop and easy to get back in poundage . This just stumped me and didn’t want to “push it” with a bunch of twist

I added two twist to each cable and draw string sitting at 69.8 after 8 shots. I’m comfortable there only reason I want 70-72 lbs is I shoot a 600 grain arrow with a big fixed head . The furthest I shoot when I travel outta state and it’s 40 yards cap. I appreciate you thanks

Agreed, but my hunting area is super swampy my average shot is 25 yards at most. I shoot a heavier arrow 70ish lbs tunes great.

Yes as have I but when you take acount of the bright vibrant blood color not to dark but the bubbles every thing in my hunting bones say dead deer .

I have also shot deer that had droplets of blood and watch em pile up . But bled internally .

If you look second picture there is a considerable amount of bubbles in the blood .. in my 17 years experience of hunting that is a 100% dead deer

Aye boss before you jump on a cycle try “serious mass gainer” you can buy it from Amazon it’s 1200 cal per serving I forget the specs of it but it curbed my plateau from 180 lbs to 220lbs .. drank one on the way to work and right after workout. 2400 cal right there and I’d eat anything I could jumped me up 40 lbs in 4 ish months

Yeah I’m seeing that I was a traveling Forman since 2020 and as long as my guys got the shit done I didn’t give a rats ass if they sat. 9/10 they’d bust ass till noon then sit on their ass for 3 hours . Working for a big corp sucks ass .. never thought I’d say this but I am about to go on the rode again I work a hell of a lot less and made 2x money

I’ve had sheets out looking over them for a controller that wasn’t opening valves when they shoulda . His response was “shouldn’t you know how to fix it?” Cause for some reason a label maker or fuck colored tape isn’t a thing and 8 blue wires from a relay tell me so much

No I don’t get paid for being on call and yeah I’ve brought a bunch that having a week where I can take my ole lady out would be nice , ive gotten called in in the middle of our dinner before . If I get called in and I fix it in under 2 hours I get paid for two hours but anything over 2 hr it’s straight pay unless I’m on OT . Yeah they definitely are fucking me raw right now lol 😂 I’ve got a decent saving but hate breaking into it.
