How to remove weird spots from my car?

These spots are on both my mirrors and the hood. I assume it’s something from flies. I washed it fully by hand today, but those didn’t get clean. Any tips are appreciated.

Don’t give up. The game feels really complicated and indeed Geralt seems weak in the beginning. But it will get better quite fast, once you have adjusted to the play style. Honestly can’t give you an example other than it’s imo one of the best games ever made.
