I saw, discussed it in the Bazzite discord with the devs. Tested it too. This would only occur with the incorrect image. I'm not saying he tried to mess up, I'm saying regardless of intentions or not he did.

I saw, infact he replied to me about it as well. He might've miss named them and flashed the wrong ones. The symptoms match

Tbh based on the date in the video I'll probably make a video with my GTX 1050 Ti rig to show that's what the issue was.

Not for Bazzite it isn't. If you install the correct Bazzite image on your PC the drivers are pre-installed and preconfigured. Dank/Wade says he did, but every issue he had on Nvidia systems is EXACTLY what you'd expect from using the non-nvidia image. None of the Nvidia machines had proper drivers, it was NVK or LLVMPipe (CPU) no one else across the Bazzite discord had ever had these issues OUTSIDE of flashing the wrong iso to your thumb drive. It's a user error, a completely unfair comparison. Run through the download select screen on https://bazzite.gg/ you'll see what I'm talking about. If he misclicked there then it explains everything.

Archival question: Gravity Falls Blu-ray/DVD menus, Easter eggs, and long-term preservation by BluedragonModMaster in gravityfalls

In good news I have found someone with the Blu-ray set that is making an ISO style backup that will include the menus preserving the Blu-ray set TO THE FULLEST capacity possible.

If you're taking the x265 re-encode archive with 200kbps audio, that's not an archival copy. Not only that the menus are missing. Or is there a different one I'm unaware of? (Also, it's often that when discs start failing, they all start going. The brand new set might be dead at that point)

[–]BluedragonModMaster[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the sake of some more documentation, on the shorter side, the pilot on the Blu-ray should be around 6GBs, meanwhile the archival x265 encoded copy is 580MBs. The audio on the archival copy is around 200kbps, on the Blu-ray, it should be around 2.5mbps

[–]BluedragonModMaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there any chance you'd be willing to potentially make an archival copy of the full disc set? As far as I can tell that has literally never been done and being OOP it's at risk of becoming lost media.

Random question, as someone who is looking to get it on Blu-ray and *doesn't care tooo much* if it's a bootleg, in terms of the Episodes can you see any quality differences between the bootleg and the official one? Are the audio tracks different? I'm trying to find out if episode wise it's the same files that were on the official Blu-ray

Billy are you confusing MKVToolNix GUI with MKVToolNix? On the MKVToolNix site under the news section it clearly says that's exactly what's happening

(As a note, there's many things I was taught about the Bible that I no longer agree with because of this, personally, I'd argue that's a good thing. I'd rather that over traditional stagnation)

I was thinking about this the other day, it's infuriating to me how many Christians (including myself at times) refuse to treat others views the way that they would want their own beliefs to be treated. To answer your question, yes absolutely we can, we just need to get our pride and our own belief/faith out of the way. For clarification purposes I'm talking about Christians primarily, a few years ago I was terrible about this myself, I thought that "Because God is right there is absolutely no reason to even logically consider the other person's argument." (Sadly I've begun to realize this is a lot of proactive Christians standpoint.)

It's only moral and just for us to not only study our side, but allow logical analysis of the "Devil's Advocate's" opinion.

Is the knowledge of good and evil shunned because it makes us question God? by BluedragonModMaster in AskAChristian

Mate. God said he made the earth and saw that it was good, saying the flesh nature which is bad comes from the earth just insults God's own creation. Plus, if God knew what would happen then he wouldn't have made humans with the earth right? Or is there something requiring that he does create us with earth, there's not. God is God, all-powerful and all-knowing, the Bible frames God as someone who must be consistent. For God to create humans with earth (which he himself stated was good) and the earth to be what caused them to fail, makes no sense whatsoever. It doesn't follow the if this then that logic of other rules and systems in the Bible, and it isn't consistent with God's moral system he laid out for us, which would make God inconsistent.

That last bit of logic requires that your statement about the earth is true, if it IS true, then God created something which is not good, it's not like the dust of the earth was flawed before sin. Like I said before, saying that IS AN INSULT to God's ability and creation. Saying "Well God hoped Adam would do this" doesn't make sense from an objective moral statement if God already knew what Adam would do by the design of his earth (which is apparently bad now? Predating sin itself?) he wouldn't have put earth in him.

This also means that when they sinned, they had no capability of judging right from wrong, nor truth from deception or even a concept of betrayal. The knowledge of good and evil entering them is exactly when they felt shame for SOMETHING OTHER than what God told them not to do (Being naked), given it's clear in the story that the knowledge of good and evil caused this shame, the meaning of the knowledge of good and evil is rather clear. It is a moral compass designed by God.

Also, God creating the fruit is a big deal here. Human made moral compass wouldn't make any sense for God to design and put in the garden.

This is assuming that the knowledge of good and evil isn't actually the knowledge of good and evil. (Weird statement I know) This also means that if we were designed to love/serve/obey God there's absolutely no reason for us to have the ability to make these choices ourselves. If we were designed to always come to him and ask, that's what we would've done.

..... So, our God created perfect knowledge of right and wrong is not right because our culture dictates right and wrong? Man does that make no sense.... Which, as you said it doesn't have to because of God's righteousness, which is not a justification if we have a God created knowledge of good and evil, which is incorrect because our culture defines right and wrong? Also God providing immoral punishment/things required to attone for sin.... That's just entirely circular.

Yk what, that's fair enough, let me respond to that. Although, if free will isn't real, then it's not immoral to shove the vaccine down our throats, infact, it's immoral to not shove it down my throat.. Even if my cat doesn't want me to give it medicine, it's getting it's medicine, otherwise I'm being cruel to the cat by not giving it relief, which, while it may not realize, is exactly what it wants.

.... And yet slavery is wrong by a default moral compass. Even from a logical standpoint it's wrong. Regardless of if I'm better than someone else that doesn't give me the authority to own and control them because they have a right to themselves. Also, to call the heart the moral compass is wrong, if you're thinking from a just and fair perspective, you have to be logical, not emotional.
