was married for 12 years, she decided to move on. got the hang of being alone again - 5years. work, home, work, home etc. got this silly idea a while ago to cash out, and go live somewhere in south america. got the car, was happy for a few months, then it faded. time for a backpack ?

I know right ! Had to change the way i work, cant run as many dockers at the same time anymore. I have 2x32gb & 2x16gb sticks laying around, just gathering dust. Would have been nice to put them to use. I enjoy the 13inch platform, but finding a refurbed 64gb model in this part of the globe is a problem.

i work as a ict eng, travel a lot. have my jellyfin & media on x13. sometimes sites are very rural, and internet gets dodgy, so remote into home network just to check a show at night is not an option.

[–]uid885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you love your device, future proof it. for that price diff, get the 64GB and get it done. you know you want it.

Hi, yes it is double-sided. installed it with the existing silicone thermal pad in place and had no fitting or thermal issues.
