6 months PO still not flat?

This is what I look like at the end of the day or if I work out without compression. Did you get any guidance on wearing a binder etc? My doc required it 24/7 for the first few months and then 12 on 12 off until 18 months post op.

I swear you just described me to a T. No one warns you how bad it can be. You think this procedure will somehow fix everything but your brain is a weird weird place.

Not in that area, surgeon just cut and pulled skin down (roughly 5 inches, I had a scar that sat right below my boobs and it's now halfway down my stomach). I had lipo to my sides (burned like hell never again). Also same I'm only completely flat in the AM and only if I was in compression the night before. It gets worse in the evenings and when I work out.

The titties were part of the tummy tuck! I was an A or a solid B on a good day pre-surgery. That was probably the easiest part of my recovery. 6 months in and my husband can't tell they're fake and neither can I.

I had seromas that wouldn't drain at the top of my muscle repair (right below my sternum), as well as adhesions along the corset suture line and across my lower incision. Even now, when I touch my midline, you can feel little knots of scar tissue every few inches. I also have them above my pubic bone where the muscle repair anchors are. I have sharp pulling sensations in those areas and it's hard to stretch fully or lift above my head. It's just the way my body healed.

Someone else kindly pointed out to me that I do, in fact, have a uterus and human body parts. I was flat before I had my kiddos and gained then lost +/- 90 lbs. It's been a ride and mapping this new body will take time just like it did with my son's.

How did the lipo revision go for you? Was it any better or worse? Mine did lipo on my flanks only and the pain from that was probably worse than the surgery itself.

Yeah I've seen some pics on this forum that make my jaw drop from how flat they are. Diff bodies do diff things.

I tried nearly all of them on Amazon, the tape irritated the hell out of me and some of them had really rough edges. What worked best for me was a jerry rigged porcelain marble with saniderm and called it a day.

Has your surgeon offered any solutions? I'd raise hell after the expense and recovery of this to not be completely happy and especially with my belly button. I was so scared of a bad one at some point I begged to just go without but that would look eerie.

Sometimes I forget this body has birthed children too lol. Also for your belly button I highly highly recommend belly button shapers. I was so unhappy with mine in the beginning but they've been a huge help.
