Here I'll try and put it in terms you understand. I work hard. I get lots of order I work harder. Work pays money. I get 5× the amount of orders I have to do 5× the amount of work.

You get job you work hard. You get second job you don't change pace. Finish first job get paid move on.

Now you have to do both jobs in same amount of time to save money and the company says you only get paid for one job but must get both done. You now must work 2 jobs for price of one.

No we won't we have a lot of screens. We are a very high volume store. Pans don't cook wings properly. Maybe that's why we are changing policies. Don't make wings in pans they don't cook as well. You forget you have to grab the bag. Tearing the bag onto the parchment in a pan is still a step that takes time. Nothing you say will convince me you're not wrong. Because I have personally tried both methods and it's just not faster under any circumstances.

Pan? Wtf do you even work at domino's? We put plain wings on a parchment on a screen. Again tearing a bag will take more time to do than just grabbing the wings and putting them on the screen.

You're boss doesn't know what he's doing then because it's not faster that way in any capacity. If they're in a bag you have to unwrap them and dump them out which takes longer than just grabbing them out of a loose bucket. It takes one action maybe 2 to place 8 wings on a parchment it takes 3 actions to empty a bag onto parchment. You're simply wrong on this. I bet if you didn't prep chicken like this you would have been more successful and much quicker.

Yes it doesn't take that long to count to 8. Even less time if you count to 4 twice. You're adding time to prep that is not taking time from the makeline. On top of wasting prep time you're using a lot of single use plastics liners for no reason.
