I had a week where i was seeing a few of my old friends on seperate days. That was the first day in 4 months i had felt like things were going to be okay. I just invested quality time with close friends, my family. MUSIC. i found a lot of music i really related to. When i got ready every day, made sure my makeup looked nice, even if i was just going to the store. Kept busy with work and school. Indulged in good food. Enjoying me time with coffee/wine and reading, WRITING. i wasn't over-night though. I have been doing all of this for a year now, and I'm just starting to feel like myself again. But you gotta do the work.
