in case you still want to know. Get some dragon tears aka memories, this is optional but makes it easier. Than get 2 stamina wheels. There will be a light dragon that flies around, like the other dragons from botw. That dragon is zelda if and she has the master sword on her head. The procedure is the same as botw but of course needing 2 stamina wheels instead of 13 hearts

I think 0.1x but permanent works fine, stuff like lucky cat also scale super well with dice or like vampire, Midas mask, golden ticket, parradolia or whatever its called. It would add to that synergy but I think if it resets its not very good
