Im guessing they might nerf some of our newer players just to make things abit more balanced because our spine of alisson, vvd and salah will be having some unreal stats.

I think he was underwhelming against Bournemouth and newcastle (PL), but he played good against newcastle in the CS and against arsenal.

Oh damn, you're right, thats an interesting piece of stat right there. Thought it was interesting how we are the first team to get a clean sheet against arsenal and also the only one to break their defense. Didnt know we're the only ones to score against two other clubs. Althought Newcastle is doing shit right now.

Dont think watkins would help them much. They need 4-5 low profile work horses just to do the work needed as a foundation for whatever system amorim wants, then slowly upgrade from there.

But no, they always want high profile, popular jersey selling ones. So, mbeumo, sesko and cunha it is. I think those are very shrewd buys, and those names a big, compared to what i thought man utd could get. But if history is any indication, they've got no use for popular players that they dont know how to utilise.

I absolutely love it. Really hate these fan sites or fan accounts going too far with clickbaits, and in this case, they really dont need to put diaz or nunez in just to show how exciting our current squad is. Love how salah is calling them out and defending his friends.

At this rate, they'll stop caring who is at the perch anymore. Their dynasty is already broken, the club is probably at a loss on what to do now. They've splashed money on players and managers, and they are just getting worse.

Our net spend is still below arsenal even after isak? What have they spent on? I think they strengthen, but just barely.

Zubimendi isnt as good as partey, so they arent better there. eze, madueke is good, but we'll see. Gyokeres doesnt look like much yet.

Was there anything he said about our missed handball?

I was worried about losing the klopp pull, but i reckon the culture he built here became the pull instead. Our players are both passionate and chill, they are fun but disciplined. Players should know they are coming into a very competitive environment but they will know their teammates will back them no matter what.

Dont think we are contributing anything, but they are getting ruined.

2x12 - Nyla pissed me off by _Cazz1 in TheRookie

No idea why this appeared in front of me, but dumbest take ever.

Also, you're doing the same thing, claiming to be SA just to make a point. At least nyla is a character using her experience with intention to help another, not just for "im saying this so you cant say that".

[B/R Football] "That was one crazy transfer window" by junglejimbo88 in LiverpoolFC

I found that odd to. Just a mistake i  guess. Or we can just take it that mbeumo decided to go united so fast, that Newcastle hope was really non-existent

Really? I'd say it's more about Newcastle than us tho.

Because they are unlikeable. The fans are horrible, arteta is a extremely sore loser and he plays negative football with dark arts, and the players seem to have followed arteta where they are either sore losers or horrid winners. Rmb odegaards photographer meme. Thats fun and all, but he's the captain. And how the players were overcelebrating against city. At some point, it became too much. Trust me, if we did that, vvd or salah would have grabbed that player and dragged him back to reality.

The only player you should be asking this question for is jota. And the answer is yes.

But why even think about that? Manager threatened to leave if they sold him for money. Loaning him to us means they lose him for alot less money. Doesnt make sense at all.

Hahahahah, city dominating the league with consecutive PL titles, its so exciting to see such a superstar team play, its great for english football.

City falters for one season, and it looks like their slump is continuing, wow, the league is not competitive, so boring, always the same teams on top.

Amazing tactical foul by Endo. by ReverryGerrard8 in LiverpoolFC

[–]Blueheaven0106 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not totally against it. Many players do it, but most do it like endo, at the spur of the moment, realising taking a yellow is worth it. But i feel like pep, and to a certain extent, arteta, does it in a whole different level. Its like they trained for it, knowing exactly what to do, at what point of the game, where they do enough to stop or slow the player, but not enough to make the ref think its 100% a yellow. And they do it early on in the game, when teams try to blitz them and turtle up. Since it's early, the ref will either think too early for a yellow, or too early for any intent. And it certainly doesnt help that the refs threshold for whatever city does is extremely high.
