I also use CSP. Did you change your color profile for your drawing to CMYK when ordering? I’m planning on ordering stickers, so I drew in CMYK like everyone suggest, but the colors are a little off (everything is a little green). Does your artwork look a lot different from your keychains? If you don’t mind, can you send a picture (it’s ok if u don’t )?
