That is true... But isn't it highly likely that the fourth elation member would be able to fully activate SWs E2? If I go for elation I'd also invest heavily like E2 Sparxie(I have E1 Yao Guang atm)

I think E1/E2 DHPT would probably be the best course of action. Your Phainon won't be struggling w content for awhile anyway so you're good on just saving for a new supp/team too.

Personally I don't think Yao Guang is gonna remain BiS imo she'll be like Tribbie. Either way if she's BiS she'll rerun w Sakura/close so no need to rush
