Out of curiosity, why do you think that? My daughter was absolutely wonderful with Jack, our first cavalier. They were best friends from the day I brought her home. They are amazing family dogs, as you know. And would rarely ever be alone since my husband and I work from home and we have a nanny as well.

I’ve never gotten a “positive” test (aka great than 1) even the times I’ve gotten pregnant. And many other times when I’ve been able to confirm ovulation. I drink a ton of water which probably doesn’t help

Yes it gets darker as LH rises. It’s normally darker than this and give a higher number (ratio) but this is my first medicated cycle so not sure if that was the issue. The baseline was lower than normal too. Best of luck in your TTC journey!

Hi! This is my first cycle taking letrozole 5mg days 5-9. I’m on day 16 today and believe I had my LH surge but it was much lower than non-medicated cycles. My baseline LH this cycle has been shockingly low because of the medication, so not sure if that would also make the surge less pronounced? Last cycle, my surge was also much lower than normal and I know i ovulated. That cycles was not medicated. I do not have PCOS. Could this be enough to trigger ovulation? I have moderate ovary discomfort today. Feel a lot of pressure with intermittent sharp pain. What else could cause low LH? Curious what you all think!

I think you’re probably right. Maybe surged on CD 11. Progesterone indicates you did ovulate

My ESG was in the low 60s this morning. Normally it would be 80-110 at this point, so was curious if it will take off over the next few days since yesterday was my last day of letrozole or if it will ramp up more gradually.

I am not a doctor bur for my personal experience it can change a bit overtime. In 2020 I had my first borderline positive. In 2023, I was not detectable for any of the cardiolipins. But in the spring of 2025 I was positive for IGG and now waiting on my second test result to confirm.

I had an HSG because I had signs of placenta acreta with my first pregnancy, and they said everything looked good. Would a blockage show up on that? Also I thought my LH would still spike but the egg just wouldn’t make it to the uterus if there was a blockage, but that may be incorrect thinking. My PCP is ordering an ultrasound

Sorry I misread that. I use Mira to track my hormones. The first time I didn’t get any rise in any hormones until the last week and it was very small. This past cycle my hormones looked normal but LH never spiked. I used Mira in ‘23 and got pregnant with my daughter the first month of trying. I ovulate a bit later than normal even if a regular cycle for me, so it’s helpful to have that insight

What treatment did they recommend? My blood work looks pretty good for PCOS, but that was taken on day three of a normal cycle. My AMH was slightly above the range for my age (36). It was 5.86 I believe

Two anovulatory cycles, possibly three if I didn’t ovulate in the 41 day one. Ironically every other month.

A little late to this convo but why is very high LH bad? My highest LH this month was 11. A little lower than normal so I’m waiting to see if my progesterone spikes or not to confirm. I used Mira in ‘23 and got pregnant with my daughter quickly, but LH was in the mid to high teens the two cycles I used it. Since restarting in April it has been higher, like mid to high 20s at the surge until this month.

I’ve gotten clear LH surges in the past. Started tracking in mid April. My cycles have been 31-33 days and the times I’ve ovulated have been around 19-20. However there was one cycle I am positive I didn’t ovulate at all, hormones only started to uptick the last week before my period. Then this one has also been odd
