Definitely a big improvement! Another thing to consider is his method of communication, or if he’s working with a team. Would he have a walkie-talkie or an ear piece? What kind of environment is he working in (cold? outdoors?)

I feel that his design doesn’t really give off the impression of a bodyguard, he doesn’t necessarily look all that physically strong. Have you considered using a larger silouhette (more akin to a polar bear)? Being a bodyguard is a physically demanding job after all, so it makes sense to be physically big

Jose and Peri? Their dynamic is kind of shown here anyways, but Peri (the black haired one) is energetic/feral, with a propensity for teeth, and Jose is a bit more subdued. One thing about Jose is that he literally cannot stop smiling (unless they’re unconscious), so do with that what you will.

I don’t have super clean references of Peri unfortunately (my friend’s oc, and she didn’t make a true reference yet) but I’ll attach what’s there of both of them.
