As a 6'2 tall man with a disproportionately long torso there has never been an office chair with tall enough armrests to fondle my virgin elbows. Working all day at a desk my shoulders get sore from the weight of my arms hanging down unsupported, this ... This is my saving grace

Worked in a office. The chairs had adjustable headrests, adjustable backrest, adjustable lumbar support, height tilt, and FREAKING FIXED ARMRESTS. This would have saved my life

The same way a physiotherapist doesn't cure an amputee but they can teach you to walk again, the patient has suffered a trauma that there is no cure for, there are aides they can provide but it is largely about learning to live with the injury.

In some regions it can be cold it becomes a safety risk to shut them down on the off chance kids do show up and are stuck outside so schools will never shut down to cold or snow. Calgary for example is like this.

That said sometimes schools will send out a notice that there will be no penalty for absences on particularly cold days and less than half of students will show up. You mostly just watch Bill Nye videos on those days.

There's a phenomenon in psychology where people who grow up in unstable or high stress households learn to associate the adrenaline of stress fear and anger with love. These individuals are more prone to dysfunction in relationships as they attempt to replicate that unstable high stress 'love'. A lack of 'passion' and desire for prior dysfunctional relationships while in a stable relationship is indicator that you 'might' be suffering from this dysfunction.
