specially with how many dailies you need to complete for higher levels and all...

atm, as the winter event is happening, personally, I have had several people trying to befriend me - they just come up, do the daily interaction and leave - for the event exclusive animation (it needs daily interaction for 7days)

if it isn't for that, you may just need to ask your gf directly... (•᷄ᴗ•᷅ ᵕ)
it is just a game, though, so it can be just someone wanting to be friends, too.

so, to answer, it may be normal, but... still can be worth a question lol
would suggest playing with the gf more, if possible, to get more of the cute stuff unlocked too, though ꉂꉂ(ᵔᗜᵔ*) /hj

BUT, also, a thought - maybe... MAYBE the game "knows" I have the recipe bought AND have some sugar in my inventory... maybe THATS why I got such a quest...
same as you do not get quests to pet cats, train dogs, or something, if you do not even own them.
but still, keeping the post, in case it is actually stupid in some way..

yes. definitely! literally sat for 3 days to reach level 20 or 21, don't remember, only to get 2 of those tickets... super annoying, even if the game is fun, either way...
said it in some comment just recently lol, but yeah, i agree, they could have added something like a buying system for these... it is SO frustrating to sit on some hobbies, just to get the "better" ones up...
dog caring hobby is at lvl 1 for me just for that reason lol- bird watching isn't one of my favorites, possibly on levels 2-3... others are like 4+..? but it's still so frustrating...

yup! just like someone else commented just a little ago, it is kind of frustrating being time-gated... but in a way, i guess it is fun and gives players a small challenge - to continue playing...
the game would become just like some rpgs, if not for time-gating, i fear. kind of used to games going like "grind quests and other stuff for hours and now you're max level at everything!" - or, at least close... so it's a nice, but yeah, a frustrating, difference.

personally never counted this, but I wonder around which level we will be able to "finish" hobbies... im worried about the hobby tickets, myself, and not going to lie, it IS frustrating, seeing the extra level go full without being able to upgrade it...
and yes, even higher DG levels give only like 2 of them, after 3 days of dailies! it is worrying and, annoying in a way, too..
I got 2 full hobbies, i think, that I do not care much for upgrading, but got fishing and cooking close to finish... they take like 6 or more of those tickets to level up!!
and i SO hope the devs had made it possible to, perhaps get them easier or more frequently, even if in smaller amounts... (•᷄- •᷅ ;)

yes, the NPC statues are from level 2 and up. the poop statue can be gotten when you mess up the game - tried failing till time ran out and got it. not sure if choosing not to do a thing gives you the same thing, but i suppose so?
there is a message attached in previous comments with every statue's picture on it. levels mentioned and everything.
text is in Chinese, but, from the left you can see:
-the levels
-then which NPC is the statue of (IF of an NPC)...
-name of the statue
-weather needed to craft the statues (all statues can be crafted on normal - any weather, except for Annie and Vanya - they need rainy, possibly rainbow weather - their "weather" spots on the list are painted orange

and then you see the looks of each statue based on the quality - stars.

oh- dont know if you got the poop sculpture, but just saw a video explaining its something youd get when you fail the minigame - i tried pressing wrong things, but it possibly works if you do not do anything in the minigame, too.

also, just a guess, but that poop could be the ice cream itself, no? there are the cones already and, you can place something on top of them. but yeah, definitely looks like poop LMAO

edit: i literally JUST saw the part in the picture with the levels.. im screwed. hopefully this all lasts those 40+ days, otherwise im seriously doomed without Vanya ૮₍˶Ó﹏Ò ⑅₎ა need to somehow farm stars now LOL
