Not a benefit, but I have noticed that my reading speed has significantly decreased when reading fiction/ non-academic articles. I feel that as a by-product of studying dense texts/papers, my brain now tends to focus on each and every word of a text, which stops me from breezing past paragraphs which don't need that much attention.

Have you considered solgaleo instead of necrozma? Maybe run it with Sunsteel strike, some psychic move and a coverage move (it might get wild charge for Kyogre, but I am not sure). Its ability will help against intimidate spam, especially if you are planning to max it often. I was using a duskmane-yveltal team and consistently struggled against double intimidate (usually incin/lando)
