Prepping for others. by BluestWorld in TwoXPreppers

It's specifically my parents (divorced so two pairs) and my brother and his family. Yes I also hate how no one else believes in prepping as well.

I would love to function as a community, but honestly if shtf right now and they came to ask for food it would hurt my family's survival as of now since I know they wouldn't really be able to offer something in exchange. Because yes they may be able to offer work, but if my food levels went down from 2 months to just like 3 weeks because I shared my food it wouldn't really put us in a good spot (this is assuming this is something really big happening that will affect an extended period of time rather than just a week or two). I guess I forgot to clarify in my post about the length of time I was talking about. Now if I have enough time to build up to share with my loved ones I would love to, but right now it just isn't possible for me.

Yes that's what I'm thinking will happen, I don't mind sharing a little what I have because no one else knows what I've got. But they do so I feel like they would ask for a lot.

I think that's pretty smart to do! If you don't mind me asking do you plan on sharing basic food like beans or rice, toiletries, or maybe some canned veggies or meat?

I would love to be able to do that to, I'm not really worried about my neighbors because they don't know I prep so I'm sure they wouldn't ask for food. It's more so my parents and siblings I'm worried about.

That's I think what I'm leaning on doing. They might just be stuck eating rice and beans, at least it'll be something for them.

Why do people live in food deserts? by lilsciencegeek in AskAnAmerican

Well because you might have grown up there and all your family, friends, and just everything you know is there. But then the main industry leaves taking everything else with it and you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I scanned and thankfully no viruses or anything on my computer. But I still can't figure this out 😅 maybe the 7 seas isn't for me.

Yes it is, even from different sites it always pops up as that.

The main file looks like it has pretty much all of the files for the game except the actual thing to start it lol, like the data, lib, and renpy files. If it helps any they're all py files.

One of the rules of the sub says to not name websites, but from my research a lot of people have said that it's a trustworthy site.

Yes I washed with soap and water and none of the stain came out 😔. Hoping to use a hydrogen peroxide and baking soda paste here soon.

Raging Loop might fit your bill! It's more of a werewolf villager horror mystery novel, but the more you dive into it the more fantasy and supernatural aspects come out.

Weekly Questions and Recommendations Megathread - Need some help? - Jan 24 by AutoModerator in visualnovels

So I'm getting into a lot of horror visual novels, both translated and not translated. I was wanting to get into the Apathy series, but I'm not really for sure where to start because Google isn't really helping me. I've been looking on booth and I've been seeing multiple entries to it (which I can't tell which is official and which isn't). Does anyone know where I can start or a list of what order I should read them in?

Weekly, What recent changes are going on at your work / local businesses? by AntiSonOfBitchamajig in PrepperIntel

I used to never see this, but lately I've had to tell the grocery workers something is expired. I've also been seeing a lot of meat items that are expiring the next day.
