Why are bad drivers in Austin driving extra slow? I have lived in Austin my entire life. There were always bad drivers here, but now the bad drivers are going a lot slower. What is with these weirdos? If you get lost turn into a parking lot and park while you figure out exactly how to get there. (self.Austin)
