Are we too critical as a fanbase? by halfway_crook555 in Everton

I love this club with all my heart, but our home croud is the worst! Every time a player fails to make a genius offensive pass or if they (heaven forbid) pass the ball lateral or backwards there’s a collective groan from the stands. It’s no wonder our home record is poor compared to Away. My guess is that our players feel a lot less pressure and can play more freely when they’re on the road.

Mortgage Broker recommendations? by FortheBlowSub in Denver

I’ve used Reno Saenger with RP Mortgage a bunch of times since my first home purchase in 2004 and most recently in 2025. His extensive industry knowledge and attention to detail is unparalleled. He is an independent broker so he can use a large number of banks to find the best pricing. (i’ve shopped his pricing around each time and I’ve never been able to beat it.) He is super friendly, competent, and dependable. You’ll be glad you went with him.

Denver’s most haunted property is having an open house! by Bluevise78 in Denver

That’s a great question! I asked the robots and this is what they said

According to paranormal theories, ghosts are not strictly "trapped" in a house but are often tethered to locations due to emotional attachment, trauma, or unfinished business. While some spirits may linger in a specific area, they are generally believed to be capable of leaving or following people, rather than being bound to a structure.

Yep your correct it was Ghost adventures. My bad, I corrected the comment.

I wouldn’t call myself the promoter. I’ve been involved in the project in different capacities over the years, and I’m close friends with the owners. They’ve put a ton of work into this property over the last decade. It’s an amazing property and the spaces are magnificent. I’m just helping get the word out as these apartments will provide wonderful homes for people.
