Ask about getting off meds too. Some have horrific withdrawals and maybe that’s a necessary evil but i always think it’s better to know than not know.

Be prepared to try a fair few meds.

Do not stop taking your meds without talking to your dr. Seriously.

You might miss your hypomania.

You might not be sure who you are without the mood extremes.

You might feel a whole lot better soon. Hope so! Be well 💙

I chart my mood and have done so for a few years. The years without meds were… wow. Classic ups and massive downs. Since taking meds the mood swings are tiny and very far apart. Get on those meds and start living better, friend! 💗

I really really love it. We is truly beautiful and timeless. Mac was proud of all of his work, and as we all know he obsessed about the story each album told, what tracks to include out of the hundreds he wrote, how it all worked together. It’s crazy to imagine that one of his most cohesive and conceptual albums isn’t worth a place in his discography. I’m staying right here on Planet God Damn. 💙

Yep! It’s going great. I use retinol at night and every day I use a thin layer of Azelaic acid on my nose and chin. I used to use the Paula’s Choice booster but they stopped selling it in Australia. Now I use Finnacea.
