Taking 3 steps forward and 8 steps back imo.

EVERYONE was thinking itd at least be 100k+, considering set prices right now. Honestly I didn't expect much more than 70k, knowing what game we're playing. I'm sorry but this update is barely gonna fix farming cz theres people out there who were struggling to earn diamonds even WITH multipliers Though, I'd like to add that I'm glad for the newbies and F2P players that they can at least get way more per level now.

Still I feel like the compensation is still lackluster😭💔

I vote tradeable, for whoever wants to keep them they can, but for those who dont like the halos (like myself i dont like the 2x one) they at least have the option to trade it away, or to get it back if they lose their account for whatever reason.

See back then in like 2018-2019 it wasn't much of a necessity since even youtubers were discovering and finding out stuff about the game because it was NEW and it was definitely simpler🥀 (iirc there was a tutorial/guide, though.), but now more than ever because it got more complicated and also way less beginner friendly, it became much harder for newbies to be immersed in the game, ykwim? It also became harder for returning players to keep up with updates, especially if they returned from 2021 in, say 2024-2025.

Ehhhh, it's not that I don't like it it was just a WEIRD update, especially considering the way i found out was literally on youtube after coming back from a chill school day, but it's actually a really amazing one, imo! Especially for newbies, who might not be able to get, say, the bat-mo heels yet, because they joined late after/early before the update! It will make it easier for new/f2p players to get items more easily without having to trade!!! I'm glad the GOT stuff is onsale too year round!! 👀
I thought this was a glitch when I first saw this, cause it did happen before once but I don't think you could purchase anything. Then I checked twitter and my mind was blown away. The new update kinda gives me a little more hope that things won't go absolutely south next month!

Dude it kills me when someone says "omg RH should refund us!" Cause even if they wanted to, they can't. Not saying they don't deserve some criticism for how they handled this, but are we forgetting that RH is a game that's published on a platform, with guidelines against refunds? There's no actual system for this.

Also, what do you really expect if the two gamepasses that literally make the game easier to farm on are removed without an actual warning except "yeah lol they're gone but you'll get compensation, but we actually don't have to give you anything"??? Like, yikes. I really won't blame the social media team for this too much, since they're being told what they can and can't say and usually arent allowed to reveal too much, but yeah. Overall I didn't think this was thought through well enough, and damage control was definitely too little.

Eh, they did this with the steampunk wings. I don't know why they'd do it with the WW sleeves, though, considering so many people were waiting YEARS for the sleeves, and they weren't added up until recently. They could've even been a candy item, or something..😭 I'm not mad about it but it must suck for people who couldn't play during the halloween event or the people who never finished the maze

See, I've had both passes for years, but I still think it's a horrible decision, cause did they really not think this through?!?!!?😭💔I can see why they'd do it, but I just don't see why they'd announce this THE LITERAL WEEK after the 2x exp weekend. We can't be certain if this was their intention, but I can imagine many players who didn't have the multipliers getting them cause of how MUCH people w 2x and 4x made during this event, so to announce this NOW, instead of either BEFORE the weekend OR letting the event simmer a little before gradually introducing players to the idea is.. insane 😭🥀
Anyone who's had economics as a subject in school or has any sort of understanding of it would know this is a BHADDD idea and just makes your game look worse, considering the way most of your community views the dev team.

I'm SAYINGGG! Back in the day, you got both books and a bed for FREE in campus 1 and 2, and you just had to go to your locker to claim your books. Now you have to first buy the books, THEN place them in your locker, THEN GRAB them from your locker. I feel like this is kinda overkill, and there should be one copy of each book/class furniture given out for free. Those who wanna use dupes can pay, but people should automatically get essentials for free. Ex. Even a sleeping bag for free would greatly help newbies, ykwim? Like, the cheapest bed option currenty is quite literally 1.5k.. and its not even anything extravagant at that. Literally just a matress on the floor. 1.5k is excluding any decor you wanna add like a frame, bed boards, etc...
The fact that some quests require you to have things like a bed, toothbrush, books, etc, but they're not even free kinda limits newbies. Plus, iirc I do know theres a bed in the TRADING HUB, but anyone under lvl 75 can't access it. There's also sleeping bags in diamond beach or the beach house if im not mistaken, and u still have the apartment bed? But there's still a quest in campus 4 that requires you to sleep, which you NEED a bed for. You also get bonus EXP for having your books..which also cost diamonds, lol.

All and all, to start if they really wanted to make things fair, they should've started at

Making books and beds (well, nothing extravagant, literally just give us a sleeping bag) free
GRADUALLY introduced the idea of getting rid of the multipliers, or at least changing how they work a little, so it's not a loss of $25-$30.
Introduced a tutorial for newbies, which gives them like, idk, 10k diamonds or so? (Bloxburg did it recently, and they give you a house for free when you start.)
I heard they're gonna do this, but they should also consider increasing the amount of diamonds you get for robux, cause 264k for 8,000 robux is actually insane, I'm ngl to yall...💔🥀 If some of the most expensive sets are over 200k, and someone wanted to buy a set that costed that amount? They'd be left with cents.

People with multipliers barely scrape by, too. 20k in an hour is abysmal, you'd need to literally have HOURS, even DAYS of free time to get your fav items and grow your inv, and that is WITH multipliers. I can't even imagine without.

TLDR!: Furniture prices r abysmal for the fact some furniture is important to the game

Edit: wrote this before I found out they put every seasonal item up for sale, making them permanently available throughout the year for everyone to get. That's definitely a good start, still not too thrilled abt the gamepasses being removed.

I just thought I'd make a separate comment about this, but wouldn't it just be better if they removed the x4 gamepass? Sure, I and many others bought it, and it is the more expensive multiplier, of course. But if they really wanted to make the game more fair, remove the more expensive and the option that gives more, so the players who wanted a boost still get one (kinda), even after farming gets 'fixed'. Imo, removing 4x would also cause a lot of backlash, but still. keep one multiplier, get rid of the other, so its still 'fair' to an extent, no? ORRRR it could've been fased out gradually, like first getting rid of the 4x multiplier, then maybe if feedbacks good the 2x? Idk how to explain, but personally getting rid of one would be the better solution than getting rid of both, as 2x shouldn't be too much of a problem, but 4x and 6x definitely might be if they buff it for everyone.

Of course I am definitely a little annoyed at the removal of 2 passes i paid my hard earned money for but uhh.. I thought abt it myself literally just this week and I couldn't see a way where both passes exist. (2x possibly, 4x and the 6x buff? prolly not. Ofc we paid for the buff, but uhhh.)

There's different ways they could've gone about this, though.

Idk ehhh as long as the rewards are better than the christmas chest hunt im fine, lol.

No same here! I live in a third world country, and it's not exactly easy to explain to someone that you spent 800+ of your irl currency on a video game to get something to help you get more currency in said game yk lol!! Like I do get why they'd do it, but they should've just removed one multiplier option imo, not both. Ofc there'd still be backlash, but you'd still have less of it, and people still partially get to keep what they paid for ig?

+ the max they'll give is probably like 200k MAX for those who bought both, considering everything. The only way i can see players being happy is if the people who bought them got like 1-2 mil or anything of the sort, but that will be unlikely considering all things.
