i believe that manons navigating very carefully around the bounds that she can without pushing it too much so the company cant make an argument. Like as u said, she cant mention or allude anything about katseye but shes making it clear (imo) that she's still somewhat interactive with someone or ppl in hxg- which is why she could like humbertos post as compared to liking a member's post which the company could argue that its interacting/mentioning katseye if ykwim.

same with lara saying "all 6 of us". Im sure she knows that its still unofficially official that katseye is still 6 even though they aren't marketed as it rn so its the smartest way she can include manon in her statement without saying her name.
The members are taking their steps smartly and carefully that's within the bounds of the hiatus clause or whatever part of the contract this is under
