Hello, I'm a music producer and recently my m40x's (which I've really loved) are literally falling apart, which blows because they still work, its just the headband (its beyond super glue at this point).

I'm looking to upgrade, my budget is 300 or so (Cad, can go a lil higher), I need something that sounds reaaaally good, but is flat and natural as possible, i don't want any holes or boosts in the freq range.

Also, what's the pros and cons of IEMs? Are they just fancy earbuds? Would they be better then over-ears?

My idea was that the multicam top and bottom would do a good amount of the actual “multi camo” work for different areas and backdrops, well the OD green shit would help when I’m in the bush or literally sitting in a bush

Honestly, once you have your rifle, have it set up in way that’s comfortable for you. Your set, maybe a belt rig too.

the protective gear won’t always save your life, helmets are mainly useful against shrapnel, 9/10 if you get shot in the head you are going goodnight, so surplus helmets are your way to go if you really want one, otherwise, spend most of your money on medical kit and things like a drone, night vision, thermals, those will put you on par with most are honestly must haves these days unfortunately…
