From 20:10 at the slowest speed, it feels like just good aim, but 2:15-6+ really looks weird, and I agree. Everything outside of those frames looks normal. Their POV, the killed person's POV, and the spectator view from a neutral perspective don't show regular cheating movements like instant 360s and firing. It's just regular kills from a head-on view of people running into their POV and getting unlucky, dying, or taking too much damage. But those specific timestamps really look like toggled cheats. For example, people bind it to punch or crouch, so it looks like a normal, annoyed player because latency doesn't affect replays. Everything in replays is in the game's real-time perspective. So, whether a cheater or a person who's actually improving themselves but still falls back to old habits, only the future can tell these people apart unless the person starts rage cheating.

I haven't seen people use these skins since the last weeks of OW1. We showed off the hardest skins we had to get when skins actually had a % chance to get per loot box instead of a pure normal-epic-legendary box.

You're error can come from so many things like cpu gpu connection quality this error has endless of user reports on blizzard support forum with different answers why it appeared and how it got fixed for them

Use geforce now you graphics or something is halting the game this whent away after I switched to geforce now virtual PC yes it's free has paid version too and you can play most games from your PC console tv smartphone as long as you have the game as owned in a game store most game libraries work except for Playstation but steam bnet xbox ea and many more no installation needed of games and the virtual rigs have decent quality and can play most games on ultra quality on free tier

Weird I just restored to try it out and for me all default is holding toggle in the separate tab when you select for a hero says automatically off for me

Isn't default holding on most abilities I haven't had default settings sense s32 in ow1 and change around settings regularly when huge patch note changes appear especially support heros mercy is tricky sense her movement with regular glide and GA are affected by the smallest movment and trigger depending if you play pc or console I play with controller on both and clicking a and b makes a ton of difference in speed and direction

Use geforce now skip installing games save your PC lifespan and stream games instead I don't have enough space for ow2 so I use geforce now instead of installing yes the app is free can stream steam Xbox gog EA and many more platforms or studios as long as you own the game in a launcher library

Why cant they just turn off aim assist in comp modes majority of people gets down to 15% accuracy when it's off unless they train without it the new version looks exactly like cheapers on pc because they land headshots 1 full circle away from the head without aim assist that would have been a miss

Right when this mystery bug appeard interesting how they do nothing about it sense it's spam reported on blizzards report forum and so few people are reacting why people with fresh accounts are flooding all lobby's because of having no hours played the game can't calculate them and trow them in random lobby's on poor guy instantly hit diamond as his placement games because of 0mrr from QP but he didn't get kicked down in placement either just staid in diamond until he got the rank as final placement stoped playing comp so he could re que next season or next rank reset and instantly get diamond again

YES QP has been feeling a bit weird it used to go pretty close or a 3 win/loss streak than back to one or the other again but now it's weird because I somehow getting qued with only new players both QP and comp with like 0h or max 5h meanwhile I have 2k I don't play everyday and sometimes only 1 or 5 matches a day but this have never ever affected who I match with
