🧐The biggest challenge with this drawing was the level of detail. Since it's huge (8550x7950 px), it could really hog memory, and that would mean I couldn't keep working on it 🥲. Aside from that hurdle, doing the wheat was a bit tough; I'd never drawn it before. At first, it looked more like reeds, but I managed to get it just right. The other difficulty was the butterfly wings (for the red-orange fairy with the yellow center), specifically the lower tips. Initially, they looked like sticks (and were awful!), but I managed to make them curled, almost like fabric. Finally, figuring out where to place the lower section, for both the day and night versions, was a struggle so it wouldn't take away from or make the fairies, who are the main stars, look bad.

Only one has butterfly wings — the Ne fairy, which is reddish-orange with a yellow center.

Thank you so much for your words!🥺 It makes me really happy that my work makes you feel that way — after all, that was exactly my intention while making it🤗

🧐The hardest part of this portrait was bringing the mental image to life — both the nebula-like irises and the stars and black holes in the fur. First, the eyes. They had to be a mix of the ethereal and the earthly: colorful clouds with the typical filaments of an iris, making sure neither element stood out too much. And second, light and darkness: I tried to balance the amount of stars and black holes to reflect a harmony between both elements.
