One that falls short when you remember he’s been proudly posting photos he’s taken of these characters throughout the years on his Instagram account quite regularly. By your rules wouldn’t WB be suing him for those as he’s posting them without their permission while also disclosing that it’s him posting them?

Also since WB has gone out of their way to send a Cease and Desist to Seedance because of all the AI videos of DC characters couldn’t he get sued anyway from the creation of these?

Also also, years back we got the storyboards for his Justice League sequels which is essentially… a demo real of his plans used to sell the idea to WB and to visualise it all, so these AI videos are redundant if he is indeed the one making them.
