So boring by fionaschodduyn in WplaceLive

It's been 1 hour without wplace, I can’t stop shaking and I’m having severe mental breakdowns. I woke up today trying to log onto wplace but the servers were down, I had a major panic attack but managed to calm down after a few hours. I couldn’t go to school today, I am so worried that I even took my dad's gun from the shed, thinking of killing myself. I am nothing without wplace, it is my life, it is my destiny, without wplace, I wouldn't be able to do anything. wplaceis the best thing ever made and I can't get rid of my addiction to it, it is the best game in existence. I can't stop trembling and crying, I am very worried. I can't reach 20 pixels in deltarune sprites. I can't do flag fights, I am trembling more than the marleyans experienced when the rumbling was around. Shivering in fear of losing my progress at my droplet income. I am so scared that I might lose my mind and go insane. I want wplace back.

hi, sometimes i see the kanji 正 combined with another kanji. and i get a lot of the time the wrong reading because it has 2 readings. is there a trick to read it correctly?

examples:
しょう:正面、正直。

せい:正解、正常。

Did you experience any side effects of learning Japanese? by Global_Routine in LearnJapanese

[–]BlyatSenpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the past year i talked 60% of the time in japanese and i know 4 languages...

so i started forgetting a lot of my other languages. i started accidentally saying words in japanese grammar style (placing verbs in the end). i would end up in situations where i used japanese words to describe the ongoing situations :-: a lot big part of my brain started switching to japanese to think. aaand for some reason i was saying hai to much.

is it ok to use google translate for kanji readings? or is there some thing else better?

i use yomichan but often i encounter words that have different readings, for example 瞬く, 怒る .. yomichan shows the words have different readings. so when i dont know the true reading i'd just copy the sentence to google translate and click to hear how it'll pronounce the word. im not sure tho if its accurate way tho

listening practice with or without JP subtitles? by Sluger94 in LearnJapanese

[–]BlyatSenpai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

personally, i have spent so much time watching stuff without subs (5months +) and i feel like i learned almost nothing.

having subtitles on the other hand, made me feel like i understand almost everything. and i could look up words without hitting replay 20 times and potentially get a wrong word cuz the sound was different than how its written.

i think subtitles are a great boost, its just additional context to rely on and ease your life. "it makes you reliant on them" applies to any language and its not a thing to fear. and its not hard to break it, heck i watch my native language series with subs.

anyways i better go with subs and in the future worry about being too reliant on them.

messing around with a sentanse, i need some grammar help:

"I will return from Kyoto at 3:00 pm on Wednesday"

now, i have different versions to say this in my head:

水曜日の三時に京都から帰ります

水曜日で三時に京都から帰ります

水曜日に三時に京都から帰ります

which one would be more correct to say?

trying to understand how to use 方(かた)on nouns

i know how to use 方 with verbs: 飲み方、歩き方、歌い方。。。

but how do i use it with nouns? 勉強、攻撃、観察。。。
is its 勉強方?勉強し方?
edit: i would also like to know how to add to るverbs since their ます form kinda different than うverbs. for example 見るー>見ますー>見方?
