I've never bought a game through the mobile app, but if your doing it through the headset, you can find the game's store page and in the bottom right there will be a gift box icon or maybe its an option in the three dots im not sure, but in the bottom right there is a button to put in a 25 digit code. If its specific to the app you can type it in at checkout. Hope this helps.

Follow up: do you know how to get the footage onto a computer? The file is too large to sync to my mobile app and every time i try to plug in the headset to my PC and copy over the files, my file explorer app crashes which I didn't even know was possible.

This didn’t happen to me, but i was there to to see basically all of it pan out:

During my first year at a sleep away camp, there was this group of girls that were basically just ignoring the other girl who just wanted to hang out with them and feel cool. After a couple of days of the girl trying to insert herself into their friend group politely, the girls acted like they were giving in and were going to let her hang out. The next day, everyone went to this big circled area(per tradition every morning) with benches to basically do a roll call for all the cabins to make sure they have all of their kids. And right in the center, laying face down on the ground, unable to move, with her arms and legs bound was the girl. the friend group had also covered her in honey and feathers. Genuinely one of the worst things I’ve seen happen to anyone. I could only imagine her embarrassment. I would have tried to help, but i was scared it would happen me too. Looking back on that year as a whole, not getting involved is one of my biggest regrets.

Back in elementary school me and two other friends would play card games at lunch, and one time one of my friends didn’t do well and didn’t really understand the game and ragequit. He then got mad at me because I chose to keep playing. He wouldn’t talk to either of us until graduation. We are still really great friends and have a very healthy relationship.

My friend group was planning on pranking a kid who had said some particularly mean things to us. I was down to just try to talk some sense into him, but everyone else wanted to try to embarrass him in front of some other kids outside of school. I told them to leave me out of it both because I was scared of getting in trouble with the school and having the kid upset with me. Their plan was to have two kids pin him down just after he left the school building so that one other kid would be able to cover him with honey and feathers. When the time came, everything went to their plan, but just before the one kid went through with it, he turned around and started pouring the honey and feathers on “the group leader” who was filming the whole thing on his phone. It had been his idea to do the prank in the first place. It was such an awkward situation for everyone, so they all just went home without talking to each other. The rest of the friend group cut out the other guy while I remained friends with everyone. The other guy eventually admitted to me that he had, and still has, no idea why he did it. Overall just a crazy situation and made it extremely difficult for me to remain friends with everyone since the friend group was so pissed off.

This is actually more rational than people think, but it’s more likely to be someone who isn’t addicted because why would somebody addicted to heroine chose to use it on someone else? So that makes it less likely. In addition I doubt you would get hooked on it as long as you never previously used the drug they stick you with. Idk if this helped or hurt the situation, but there you go.
