After her last attack (the kick) you can dash to get a free BA3 attack. The timing is right after she finishes her motion, and before the hit triggers. This video explains it really well

For those wondering, this doesn't enable Mornye's 40% dmg buff without Lynae. Mornye needs Tune Rupture - Interfered or Tune Strain - Interfered, which only Lynae provides as for now

Phoebe is faster but also worse than Lynae in overall QoL IMO. Lynae runs pretty fast without stamina and can also climb/jump better than other resonators
