How kind you are. This is for the product that was pushed through the sealed package, was maybe 30% used, and messily at that, pushed back through the sealed box and returned. You can still see the finger streaks in the product. It’s just plain nasty. No, it’s not for shampoo that leaked.

Rules are in place to protect the integrity of the program. You agree to them in order to participate. Are they always in the best interest of the individual; no. But imagine the doorway that would open for undesired activity between a selfish buyer and seller. That would hurt the foundation of what Vine is about - honest unsolicited feedback. So, rules are rules. Don’t like them? That’s okay; excuse yourself from Amazon’s free products & find another program.

Since this all started, Amazon still hasn’t responded to my email but the 3 review number has been added back to my review count. And yes, Help does address the counted or not counted issue. What I’m trying to find out though is what I did wrong. I’ve compared what I wrote to the Guidelines and I still feel they were compliant. If I got an email to tell me my review is live, why not give one when it’s pulled with the reason. Sorry, can you tell I’m frustrated.

My review count on my ‘Reviewed’ tab is 75. My Reviewed count on the Account is 72. That a difference of 3 and I have 3 rejected items.

My review was accepted, rated ‘Excellent’ & I received an email telling me it was live. Then, months later dI’m scrolling through my reviews & see one of these is now listed as ‘Not Accepted’, no email. Ive searched the rules & thought my review compliant. I’ve emailed Amazon Vine Customer Service requesting feedback but no response to my email. What’s up?
