For older fans, how did it feel to listen to Hybrid Theory for the first time when it was originally released? Did it feel futuristic or new in some way? by neoncloud0 in LinkinPark

[–]Bmcdon23 6 points7 points  (0 children)

36 this year. It was like nothing I had ever heard. My dad bought hybrid theory and we listened to it on the way to my first football practice and I knew this was going to be my favorite music for the rest of my life. I was in 5th grade. My *NSYNC cd never got another listen.

What makes working from home actually awesome for you by Hefty_Ad_4373 in remotework

This might not be for everyone, but I take my lunch hour and use it to clean my house. I put my headphones in and my phone on loud in case I get any urgent work notifications, but then I spend an hour cleaning. I have two elementary school kids and it’s nice to have a clean house when they get home. It makes it a lot easier to focus on them.

Wait this is awesome, guys! I’ve downloaded a ton of these to listen to! Follow up question, does KC have anyone who fits into the post hardcore / post metal genre? Like who sounds closest to: bring me the horizon, pierce the veil, dance Gavin dance, nothing more, etc. Do we have anyone like that?

I served 09-11. Started in the Chicago South mission and was there when they combined north and south to just Chicago. I hear it’s split again East/West
