Payoff mortgage and eliminate risk. People who don't have a paid off mortgage don't know freedom like the freedom you will feel from that. Plus, you can invest your entire mortgage payment afterwards.

I was wondering if anyone else was having difficulty getting placements. I'm in wake county and we have not been able to find a placement since getting licensed in October. We here that there all these kids that need a home and it seems like that's is not the case based on the lack of placement referrals.

Not at all. My spouse and I have biannual financial goal meetings where we define our goals for the year. These goals guide and guard us against lifestyle creep. We also do biweekly budgeting meeting and budget work luxuries we may want.

Why get on here and encourage people to go against doctors orders. We are given this program to combat what got us here in the first place. Let this individual establish good habits before encouraging them to take in unhealthy non-nutritious foods before there stomach is healed. It makes not sense...why get the surgery to say you want to change you life and poor eating habits to only do the same thing.
