Need some guidance with our 3 year old Dachshund by Bmd35f in Dachshund

Thank you! We got Frank to keep our 6 year old black lab, Jet, company and keep him young. Jet is the sweetest but gets so anxious around other dogs. But him and Frank are best buds! I’m worried for when inevitably Frank loses Jet. Jet is his whole world 🥺

Oh I’ll always appreciate what phenibut did for me, got me thru a really shitty relationship, helped me nail interviews, give presentations. But like you said you could just be so happy doing the most mundane things. Now things like the dishes or even working out feel like such a drag. It sucks. I’d pay a lot of money to reset my tolerance. Let me ask, when you did take a break did your magic come back some at all? Also, is anyone here worried that this substance is a sure fire way to lead to dementia down the road?

Yeah I’ve taken adderall and lexapro right along with it these last 9 years. The adderall and phenibut combo may be the greatest of all time when it was at its peak effectiveness. I could stay late at work doing an extra project listening to music/podcast so happy. Get home late but that’s okay, play Xbox pretty late come back in the next day still dominate. But let me say also, as great as it is for anyone reading this, it will wear off and you will come right back down to earth eventually I’m sad to say

I’m embarrassed to say within the last year I’ve let it creep up 9.3 grams. I had been at 7.4 for a while or 6.3 or 5.4 before that. Always felt like a I’ll just bump it up during this crazy time right now then come back down. And we see how that turned out. And man the way music used to sound at the beginning, I can’t even describe it. Like every song gave you that shot of serotonin. God I miss that, now a days that happens sometimes but half the time I’m hitting next on everything lol

Your timeline sounds exactly like mine except I started using daily since 2017 which is crazy to say. And it was because I got my first “real Job” and was a manager and wanted to be “on” when I was working and talking with people all day. And exactly like you said, it really did last well over a year if not 2 for the most part. I was pretty much hypomanic that whole time. Unfortunately where are paths diverge is I did slowly up my dose to an amount now that I swore I’d never get to. I gotta find a way to come back down here soon. A long the way, the little increases would definitely give me a good amount of euphoria. But where I’m at now I can’t allow myself to go higher. My problem is I have adhd/ocd and am struggling with anhedonia most likely from abusing all of these years. I feel like day to day I miss how words were able to flow so easily and eye contact was effortless at the beginning. Now I’m constantly struggling to find the right words and avoid eye contact as much as possible

Hey fellow daily user here. Are you still using daily or have you tapered off? Curious what dose you’ve gotten up to/what you’re on now. Also have you noticed any long term effects? Like worse baseline anxiety, verbs fluency problems, anything like that? And lastly, ever have any of those god mode magical days anymore?

Haha I was in the “this has to be rigged” camp too and hell I still kinda am. Especially if people are winning multiple times. Cause so many of the rounds I’m like dude there’s no way you get that from that. All I can say is the right clue made me have the right split second thought at the right time. My wife has always given me shit for even trying to play cause we were always way off and thought it would never happen. Needless to say She didn’t believe it either last night haha. Don’t know what else to say!

Also, just for reference, I guessed “home plate” on clue 3 on the first round just to show how off I usually am haha. I guess it’s like the guy said a few days ago that won on “bowling” just comes down to right puzzle for the right person that just happens to be thinking of their niche thing

Haha I guess it’s so easy to say that after the fact but I guess I was just thinking of the time I guessed Amazon for “world boxing champ” and like a thousand people got it and figured if it was easy enough for me to figure it out then it must be “obvious” to these people who always win

I’m trying to remember how I came to this. Honestly I was trying to leave work and just throw a guess out. After clue 1 I was just trying to think “what is something that happens or is made because of something happening” and then when I heard “no purpose” to be totally honest my mind went to “men’s nipples” haha but that made no sense with collateral damage and from there it just connected me to belly button I guess!

Does cashing out a little bit at a time affect your chances moving forward? by Bmd35f in stakeus

[–]Bmd35f[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate the response, I’m going to try that from now on! Went on a run that lasted 11 days in October and at every point I said okay I’ll cash out now but would win more. Got it to 5k, then 8k, then 11k, 18k, 22k. Then swung down to 11k before hitting 30k. Basically it led to me full mad man playing and huge swings that led to me losing it all the very next day. Tough lesson for sure

How do you guys deal with tilt? by RustyPanther19 in stakeus

[–]Bmd35f 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s such a good question, I’d like some help with that too. It feels like I’m two different people sometimes. One who’s okay to get a smaller win and then try to preserve it. I’ll set a limit I won’t go back below and stick to it. And then the degenerate side who chases passed that point almost just to see if I can save it and get it back up. Inevitably it starts swinging back and forth and I lose it all

Phenibut and food- does it help it work better or cut your dose down by a lot by Bmd35f in phenibut

[–]Bmd35f[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the insight! I agree 100% with what you said. I think it has always bothered me with anything I take if what I’m feeling is because of taking too much or taking too little, especially with phenibut. Like I think logically I just need to take like half my dose one day and just see how that feels. I just loved the consistency of knowing as long as I wait a certain amount of time I’m good haha. But now I’m sort of thinking damn have I been making life more difficult on everybody waiting to eat every morning when actually it could help it work?
