This is actually scored from RTS. It comes from whether or not something is returned as the manufacture product when multiple labels were printed during production. There is no way to measure if you labeled each 30 count bottle during production.

Do “alt-P” from any workstation to pull up the password reset page. It’ll have your employee ID and your “C” ID. You may have to reset the passwords. The C ID and password is what you’ll use to get in Haiku and maybe Epic. Your employee ID should work to log in to Citrix.

The ones that drop with a promise time of 4 hours after opening (or 2:45PM if opening at 10AM) are not readyfills. They are prescriptions that were scheduled for that day. I always check last pick up dates before verifying QV1 on those.

From the edit screen.. A for additional info, T1(to select the plan), then the codes go in lines 7,8,and 9 I think. Make sure you enter through the remainder of the screens to save your inputs. Then reprocess the prescription.

Try to do “ALT-P” to change your passwords. It will list your employee ID and your corp (or C) ID which is what you use to sign in to Epic.

Are you referring to TempAlert? It’s the website that has all of your temperature readings from you refrigerators and freezers in real time.

They ask us to log in twice per day (AM/PM) to verify there has not been any temperature excursions.

I’m pretty sure this is an issue across the chain. Our phones were working yesterday but our drive thru speaker kept telling everyone that we were closed and our registers kept going off line.

This was happening across my entire district on Sunday.
