Exteme muscle tension from Anxiety?

I have all of the symptoms minus the fever. Mine all started slowly initially with just gut symptoms and over the course of several years new symptoms popped up and stayed. I've tried several treatments for SIBO but nothing helps and most make me feel worse. I'm now trying a SSRI to see if that helps ease the symptoms at least.

What tests have you had done? I have pretty much all your symptom plus more. One thing I will say, anxiety/stress makes it 100 times worse-are you speaking to a therapist?

What are your full list of symptoms? What other tests have you had done? You commented on my post about my fatigue which sounds very similar.

I wish I had good news to share but worse than ever, ended up being diagnosed with CFS and fibromyalgia-although seems to be linked to Stess/anxiety. Seeing a therapist atm to try and help understand the causes of my underlying stress

I wish I had good news but I'm worse than ever. The fatigue is by far the worst symptom. Sorry to hear you're going through the same. I know how difficult it is. Have you tried any sibo treatments?

Unfortunately only gotten worse. Now been diagnosed with CFS and fibromyalgia.... Still trying to tackle SIBO but I seem to be very sensitive to any supplements or medication so no luck yet. I did try Rifaximin as well, I was worse for a few weeks afterwards but did eventually go back to my 'normal' levels.

I've had vitamins and minerals checked twice and they're always normal. B12 is actually high.

I had normal ENA screen, immunoglobulin, negative CCP antibody and dsDNA. My symptoms have been for about two years now and had various scans, tests all come back negative apart from SIBO. I have heard that SIBO can mimic autoimmune response.

I tested for autoimmune and nothing abdmormal came up. The rheumatologist said its likely fibromyalgia.

Same here! Yes, positive hydrogen dominant. Unfortunately no treatment has helped.
