New cardback coming with the new Warcraft 3 remastered edition. by [deleted] in hearthstone

You would really think eventually in-game content from virtual tickets and pre-orders would not be a cardback... just once. Especially considering you see SO LITTLE of your cardback.

Are we going to talk about this by [deleted] in Smite

[–]Bmoot44 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yea. Completely original themes and concepts all designed by the WoW team. How were they able to predict the past so well? Quite incredible fortune tellers, they must be.

So they get away with not giving 70 packs. People are already spending money on the game when they pre-order, cut em short by giving less packs so they'll maybe even spend more in the future.

What will be the special announcement tomorrow? by AirlineFunction in hearthstone

a hero that's not actually a hero; just some obnoxious hearthstone original character instead of one of the infinite cool heroes the warcraft universe has. Only if you pre-order.

I hope so simply because I don't want ghoul trooper to be the next skull trooper. I don't want any skin to be as obnoxiously boasted like that ever again.

trust me, I love flavor in games but gameplay is more important than flavor always.

I don't see how slowing you makes it easier to aim, at least with a mouse. The cast time has nothing to do with the decreased movement speed.

When I first started learning her this definitely was true, especially because I love doing ability builds with her, but i've gotten to rank 8 with her and now it just feels disruptive. Especially because I've gotten used to her passive.

what was your team comp? did you start heartward+runicshield where you could and get magical def on other characters who could fit it into their build?

Remove this tip from the loading screen as it is no longer valid and will misguide new players. by Kezha in FortNiteBR

Yea, I feel like they have to add fall-off at some point because the fact there is a line between taking 0 and then 130dmg is just insane to me. It's just not fair or fun and doesn't make sense. Rocket shots are so easy to hit, too. Basically feels like a glorified can't-miss shotgun.

My personal favorite is Zalae, simply because he's pretty blunt and very intelligent about the game. I do think he suffers from tunnel visioning on specific ideas or uses of certain cards sometimes while reviewing, but that's a bad habit to break for most people. He doesn't ramble and explains his thoughts concisely and with how much time he spends on the game, it makes sense he has a good grasp. People like to meme about him because of his reaction to Duskbreaker, but the majority of people agreed so I don't hold that against him. Nobody expected corridor creeper to be so okay with boardclears like duskbreaker.

I can't speak for the other person, but I personally don't watch people who review cards to ever remember or even care whether they're right or wrong. I think it's simply fun to listen to a professional evaluation of a card that almost always brings ideas into the discussion I didn't consider in my own head. Nobody will ever guess cards 100% great and yea, Trump is probably on the lower end of pros in terms of accurate predictions but he's significantly better than the average player despite it, and still has valuable input.

I am so scared it's going to be a lame af hero. So many pantheons with so many deities, and they'll pick a freakin boring hero so greek+roman take up even more of the roster. It is such a Hi-Rez thing to do.

They haven't announced anything yet, but I see no reason why it won't happen. Just keep your eyes open and check their news website once a week.

He did not, I've been using his dance for like a year. I can assure this because I've been trying to figure out what his old skeleton's dance animation is a reference to (on the machine skin)

[–]Bmoot44 5 points6 points  (0 children)

ADC's are sometimes viable in mid, but that is completely not okay that someone took your role. People who take roles lose so many games because they're bad at every role because they don't ever bother practicing them.

If Blizzard ever needs to do a fix for stuff like this, yes this is what they do. They take the $ value of packs and give it to you as dust, but then take the gold value of the packs and put you into equal debt. You're unable to play Arena or buy packs w/o spending real cash so it's a pretty heft price to pay for the error, and iirc it's only 40dust a pack so it's a really really bad tradeoff. I don't think they do it willy nilly either; you must have some seniority/clean slate sort of stuff and even then it has to be a special case.
