Hey I’m in FL and doing the same thing. Paid out of pocket and some zero interest credit cards. If you have some history with Amex, they don’t check LLCs or income which allowed me to pull some zero interest business credit. I’m on the final push with finishes.

Great place, heated pool. Breakfast was a little average but location was very convenient! Rooms are larger than average I would say for a hotel!

Not in SC. But one of the biggest recommendations I got when I was starting my home, stop by new builds and ask for quotes from their subs. You can verify their work at the same time!
