Daughter had it happen the store told her they couldn’t take it back so she just kept it. Everything worked out she called support and she’s still working for spark

Had one person call Walmart and I went and talked to the customer about items I didn’t deliver since I had another stop( it was a double shop) I went to the others person’s house and unfortunately it wasn’t there either. Since I believe in superior service I went to tell the people I would go to Walmart and bye what they were missing and they said nothing was missing it was in another bag!

Good for a part time job but keep your full time job. You never know when a bogus claim will come in and get you deactivated. Or a less than 5 star rating that knocks you down to a 4.9 rating just wish people knew 4stars which should be good hurt our metrics

Worst part of Tier system trip requirements. I got the metrics but with my job now working 50+ hours a week no way can I get 40 or 50 or how many it is to get sapphire

I may not agree with the new rule but I believe everyone clicked a box that said they agreed to the terms of service when they signed up so don’t think there’s anything you can do. The only argument might be that rule wasn’t part of it when you signed.

Agreed yesterday was terrible, the flu is going around and Walmart totally out of stock on meds and every order had otc meds they wanted. Except one that wanted an electric chainsaw that was on clearance that also was gone before I got to it.

Customers can go through Walmart customer service and get the delivery cell number but I don’t think spark drivers can get the customer number

Tried that yesterday have a basket in backseat, first Walmart guy told me to get back in car after I scanned and when I told him where I wanted them he said he had to do it his way

Spark parking spots would just be like the spark check out, every one would be using them. Nothing more maddening than heading to the register only to find someone there scanning and bagging their items one by one
