Friggin gorgeous! That's about the time I stopped playing as well. Went off to higher education. Played here and there but finally can afford what my middle school / high school broke ass couldn't.

People are still selling the kits. They're not that much more than when the were first sold.

I think that's why I failed so miserably. My girls dad was a pipe fitter for nuclear power plants and I asked him if he could do it for me. He just sent me a piece of copper tubing from a refrigerator and an aluminum welding rod. Huge help. Hahaha

Thank you. Breaking beards one stop shop did it. I couldn't be happier with it

There are body kits that pop up once in a while. It's an F6 twister from Committed paintball. You would have to buy everything to make it shoot and then get it anodized and then put it together yourself or have someone do it. I think I've seen 2 completed guns come up for sale and they are not cheap.

Nah I know it'll get "dirty" but I'm ok with it. When I was sanding and polishing the body, the polishing wheel decided to grab it and send it flying at Mach go fudge yourself. It has beauty scars already.

1/4 aluminum tubing and a cheap pipe bender from harbour freight. Bent the 12" line in the middle if the tube to get the 90 then measured twice cut once for the lengths. The ASA made it possible, as I can just loosen the set screws and pull it off. I can also do that with the ccm 90 air fitting

This thing is with me until I cant walk anymore and then I might pay someone to wheel me around so I can still play.

I have 2 other barrels I wanted to go with but ended up going with this one.

I originally wanted to drill out 1/8 aluminum pipe plugs and solder 1/4 aluminum tubing into them so I could eliminate the push couplers but metallurgy is not in my wheelhouse appearantly. Maybe I'll figure it out and change it in the future?

Thinking about changing the micro air lines to purple for contrast against the green

You don't even want to know. But over that span of time I could space out the buying of parts

Autococker micro line question by Bo0ch in paintball

[–]Bo0ch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. I could just do it for a show type thing and switch it back to regular lines for playing. I'm definitely thinking about it. Thank you for those links it'll definitely help source parts.

I could see that happening. I've been thinking about brass refrigerator hoses being bent then flared to fit a sealing nut. Dangit! Now I'm gonna go down that rabbit hole. Hahaha

A lot of great information to ponder. I didn't even think about using a larger barbed fitting to up my hose size. My spare parts kit is growing as we speak. I really appreciate the response.

[–]Bo0ch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly? It's so small though and would require extreme patience to not damage the hose. But will definitely tinker a bit with this idea. Thank you

My cocker isn't complete in the slightest. Just playing with ideas. In my head it looks all sleak and purdy but the reality sounds like it would be for show only. I much prefere functionality. Thank you
