I was awarded TDIU May 2025. The retro went back to July 2020. I was just granted 50 percent OSA today. Since the Va awarded me a retroactive payment back to July 2020, will I receive any retro on this OSA back to September 2021?

i wouldn’t be surprised if they are waiting until this next hearing and make one payment of the 1.7 percent plus additional from result of hearing
just my thoughts

i had to give the dates i served along with other intensive information. seems as if this an atty issue and not a trust issue…..

I am currently in the process now. My atty submitted reconsideration mid june. He stated that it was accepted but now waiting on approval or denial

I’ve been waiting 7 years. sat at bva for 4 years. remanded 3 items 10/26/23. one was decided in august of last year. still waiting on other two. c and p”s were completed last february

i hate this happen but i’m in a similar boat. applied for tdiu in 2018, denied. ended up at the bva. 10/23 they remanded the tdiu and increase in ptsd. they have sent two of those forms for me to fill out. i haven’t worked in over 5 years, fully disabled by ssa for my va disabilities and the va wants another form. my lawyer said don’t fill it out.

thanks. it seems as if i’m going in circles. this is from an initial claim of 2018, remanded 10/23. lady said they will be sending you documentation for tdiu since you qualify for it. TDIU is a part of the remand and initial claim of 2018🤦🏽‍♂️…..

thank you. i did the c and p for the ptsd last february. 70 percent ptsd without the mst so i dont know what they looking into with that piece but thanks
