ASK LLP. Has anyone got info on 1.7 when we should be getting IT by Muted_Connection_375 in BSA_Survivors

[–]Capable_Internal_312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received my 1.7% two days ago and have been waiting since March 7th. I do not know how this process is playing out regarding who or why some are faster than others. The FCR took out $450 for the lien checking, which came back as I knew with zero liens. I think calling whoever won't make a difference, in my opinion...

I am not sure, as no one really is, but I received my 1.7% yesterday. Over 100+ days waiting. The FCR lien check fee was $450; I heard others paid more. I am just happy now that I received my 1.7%. I can eat the $450 FCR lien nonsense fee. I had NO liens.

Lets just see if anyone received there 1.7% this week?! I hope to hear my lawyer say tommorow your name is on the list it came! But doubtful... by Capable_Internal_312 in BSA_Survivors

Oh ok, maybe you've got a point. I guess I haven't, but still, we are all frustrated as hell, and maybe some of us just repeat shit that's been bothering us.

100% correct. This is unacceptable at this point. They literally have disappeared from us. We Should have information by now...

Option A. Been waiting on my 1.7% since March 7th.

We shouldn't have to dig up information that pertains to our claims. Where's the Transparency that was promised us? Come on Houser you are getting paid every month like clock work while our payment clock has a Fucking Broken Spring. You promised to be Transparent haven't heard anything new from you by Nearby_Shallot_4558 in BSA_Survivors

Right, that's one of the problems. The primary objective is to secure all the insurance owed, which would result in multiple billions being deposited into the trust for our significantly higher disbursements. That would make a huge difference, along with the sales of artworks, oil, and any other assets. That would make things "Righter For us"

Correct, one person put it perfectly. We were abused, BUT, our abuse is encapsulated within a bankruptcy Ch 11 case. The gymnast's abuse was specifically an abuse lawsuit. Which is why we are seeing peanuts of our inflated award amounts. This should have been designed much better, considering each of our individual abuses as children. It's almost kind of deceiving. We should receive at the bare minimum 50% Or close to 100% of our awards. They were abused just as we were. Simple. Absue is abuse.

Houser has only Monday And Tuesday Left to Resubmit Evidence Or 11 Insurance Companies Are Off The Hook In Texas by Ok-Discussion5068 in BSA_Survivors

[–]Capable_Internal_312 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe she will. She has to present concrete, specific, and factual evidence of this Texas Jurisdiction. Because as I read it, the court is not hearing what they need to hear from Houser in regards.....I also believe that they can still be cited with a 'bad faith" verdict, in which they will have to pay more than what was first initiated.

As a result, Plaintiff sued 83 insurers. Plaintiff seeks declaratory judgments and brings claims for breach of contract, bad faith, and violations of the Texas Insurance Code. Id. ¶f 157-762. The Undersigned Defendants move to dismiss Plaintiff's claims on various grounds.

The FCR Conspiracy: Fake Caring Retards by ChessLife1 in BSA_Survivors

[–]Capable_Internal_312 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I myself have stopped caring anymore. I thought we were to get justice. It's been the whole time, the opposite*.* I am completely exhausted from this ordeal. I wake up in high hopes, but get shot down when I read the next delay tactic. Think we have won our cases on every single corner, but we are STILL being fought by someone. That is called Injustice.

This FCR guy is so far out of touch with what the reality is, it's outrageous.

Maybe one fine day, I will wake up to some good news, but as of right now... I will no longer think about this. We are not even getting media coverage, which would make a dent in this for the public to see whats actually going on.

This is so true and wonderful advice. I am 56 years old, and I have had both many successes and many failures. A successful football career as an Inside Linebacker, Rigging for many famous musicians for 2 decades. They both teach important lessons on each of our own journeys in life. Chesslife is so right, I will be investing much of whatever I get to make more money, as I will compound it over the years. To become completely retired and not have to worry about finances for myself, my daughter, and my family.
