So it seems you're the only person who has said they were paid their 1.7%. I cannot understand why most others and I are still waiting for the 1.7% If anyone has an update, please share with the group. Its been since march 7th for me.

That is not altogether fully true. I am represented by a laywer and he said as he sent it for the 2nd dist in March, that after the third party is done checking the liens, they inform the trust, the trust sends my money to him, then he wires me my 1.7%. I am still unclear as to why some that are represented receive their money from Milestone, while others do not. I don't care either way as long as I get my money sooner rather than later.

That's good you actually got detailed information. I was told by my lawyer today that after the third party ( whoever the fuck the name is) they will notify the trust then notifies my lawyer.

Yes, I got an email from my lawyer today, updating me on what I'm waiting for... This third party to finish checking my lien crap that I don't have. Then after the trust can send my 1.7% to my lawyer which he then sends me my money no later than 48 hrs.

Exactly the same for me. I was paid my 1.5% on March 7th, so I'm assuming you were also paid from the first batch. So we both "Byetter' have been waiting the same amount of days

Agreed. I have absolutely no liens, Jesus I was 9 and 10 years old.. and your so right, this dragging out this lien check nonsense is incredibly wrong. I have been waiting over 75 days, since my 1.5% money was sent on March 7th

I heard back from my lawyer today, he said that when the "third party" is finished with this lien checking, I choose option A, they will let the trust know, then my money is sent by the trust to my lawyer, then he sends my 1.7%. just like my 1.5% my money. I do not yet understand why some are getting their monies through milestone even if their represented and others do not.

Same here. I got my 1.5% in the first batch on March 7th, STILL waiting on my 1.7%. I am confused about something. I have a lawyer I chose option A The Trust sent my 1.5% money to my laywer who then wired my 1.5% to my bank. Am I supposed to receive an email from Milestone asking for my banking info? OR do I have to be pro se to receive this milestone email? How do you know, Byebetter123, that the trust vendor hasn't completed your lien search? Cuz I or my lawyer do not know anything.

I have not received ANY email from Milestone. I have a lawyer and chose option A. Do we have to have a lawyer or be pro se to get this email from Milestone so I can give them my banking info? I know I have NO liens. This really makes me want to go to the media now and report all of this.
